Sonographer Requirements
In order to provide the highly talented and credentialed sonographers our clients have come to expect from Premier, we require that you meet
the following minimum requirements:
1. ARDMS® accreditation in one or more of the following diagnostic specialties:
- RDMS® – Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer®
- RDCS® – Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer®
- RVT® – Registered Vascular Technologist®
Of course, if you also have or are working towards a sub-specialty that’s a big plus too.
- RDMS: abdomen, breast, neurosonology, obstetrics and gynecology, and fetal echocardiography.
- RDCS: adult, pediatric and fetal echocardiography.
- RVT: noninvasive vascular technology.
2. 2 years or more of clinical experience in a hospital setting
3. References
